Responsibilities:
- Executes against the major steps of
the sales process:
- Develops new business relationships and sales
opportunities.
- Drives and participates in the generation of
estimates and RFx responses.
- Effectively demonstrates and presents Jetstream's
capabilities to qualified prospects.
- Coordinates and prepares the involvement of
appropriate sales and
- delivery support personnel (e.g., management,
project management, technical leads, and systems
engineers).
- Ensures responsive customer service and effective
delivery after the sale.
- Gains familiarity with relevant client internal
processes.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
- Develops customer account strategies and tactical
expansion plans.
- Develops, maintains and expands executive-level
relationships and credibility.
- Meets or exceeds annual revenue targets and quota.
Additional
Requirements:
- Ability to sell senior level consulting services to
clients and develop business through outbound sales calls,
networking, meetings, and client visits, etc.
- Ability to identify areas of need and devise creative
solutions (S.P.I.N. or Solution Selling a plus)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication,
influence, and negotiation skills.
- Adjusts to new, ambiguous, different, or changing
requirements and environments.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial
spirit.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Possesses a great attitude and team player mentality.
- Displays passion for and responsibility to the customer.
- Evidences personal and corporate integrity.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
etc.
