Tim Osborn is a Senior Software Developer with Jetstream Software. Tim has extensive experience with C++, COM, C# and XML. Tim was a technical lead on a team that shipped a successful ATL-based commercial product involving 24-hour-availability  of a consumer financial service using distributed computing.

Tim serves Jetstream as a project manager as well as technical lead. He has given several talks for the WSA, including participating as the primary speaker in the XML and Web Services Conferences.
